LITHOPHANE MATRIX
The RGB LED Servo Matrix is an animated installation of a matrix of panels that use movement and muti-colored light for added effects to artistic displays. The initual display uses 3d printed lithophane panels which look like photos when backlit.

This installation is a 6x4 grid of panels, using 24 servos and 240 RGB LEDs (10 per panel). The servos rotate sets of wooden horizontal and verical dowel rods attached together via rack end pinion gears, which extend and retract the panels. The RGB LEDs show animated colors via a programmed ESP32 microcontroller.
